Automatic Mono-Dose Strip Tube Filling and Sealing Machine Working Process
1.Tube Feeding, Automatic
Pre-formed connected strip tubes are fed automatically into the production line from a vibratory feeder.
2.Tube Position and Orientation
The strip tubes are automatically set and oriented correctly, thereby avoiding reversed tubes, overlaps or wrong feeding direction.
3.Correct Mold Location Positioning
Each strip tube is then moved into a dedicated holding fixture or mold, so that each individual tube is precisely aligned with its corresponding filling nozzle.
4.Tube Detection
Sensors make sure the correct tubes are at the filling station. The machine adopts the “No Tube, No Fill” principle, which reduces product waste and avoids unnecessary operation.
5.Multi-Head Precision Filler
The filling nozzles drop into the tube openings and several channels perform simultaneous volumetric filling for fast, accurate and consistent dosing.
6.Anti-Drip Control / Suck-Back
The suck-back function after filling reduces dripping, stringing, and product residue around the tube opening, and helps keep the sealing area clean.
7.Sealing Tubes
Secure and consistent closure of the tube ends is achieved through the use of ultrasonic sealing or thermal sealing technology depending on the tube material and product requirements.
8.Trimming and finishing the tail
Excess tail material is automatically trimmed for a clean, uniform seal height and consistent finished edge.
9.Inspection & Automatic Rejection
Optional vision inspection, seal inspection, weight checking and automatic NG reject systems can be installed to assist reliable quality control.
10.Finished Product Discharge & Integration with Downstream Processes
Finished strip tubes are discharged onto a conveyor and can be seamlessly combined with downstream equipment such as labeling machines, bagging machines, cartoners, or case packing systems for total line automation.
