Workflow of the Tabletop Labeling Machine
1.Product Positioning
Bottles are either manually placed into the designated station or automatically fed into the labeling position via a conveyor.
2.Detection & Label Dispensing
A photoelectric sensor detects when the bottle is correctly positioned and signals the control system. The PLC then precisely controls a stepper or servo motor to release the label at the exact moment.
3.Label Application & Pressing
