IBC and Pallet Filling Machines Workflow
1.Operator use forklift to move the pallet and empty barrels to the conveyor platform, press the [Enter drum] button, and the empty drum will be sent to the weighing platform. The operator will push the rocker arm to make the filling head directly above the drum mouth;
2.The operator presses the [Start] button;
3.The filling head automatically inserts into the drum, automatically removes the tare, the ball valve and the filling head bottom valve open for quick filling. When the weight approach the target amount, the filling speed decreases, and when the weight reaches the target amount, the two valves are fully closed. The filling head automatically lifts from the drum, and the anti drip tray collect liquid drips. Error detection and display… filling complete;
4.The operator presses the [Exit Drum] button, and the filled drum is sent to the end of the conveyor. One drum filling process completed
5.Repeat steps 1-4 for continuous filling.
