Working Process of a Double Side Labeling Machine
The double side labeling machine uses high-precision sensors to detect container position in real time. The labeling speed is automatically synchronized with the conveyor through a stepper or servo motor, ensuring accurate label application on both sides.
An overhead hold-down conveyor stabilizes containers during labeling, while sponge rollers and brushing units firmly press labels onto the surface, removing air bubbles and ensuring strong adhesion. This process delivers stable, efficient, and precise double side labeling.
