The Rotary Bottle Capping Machine is an advanced, high-speed solution designed for precise and efficient sealing of various bottle types. It integrates bottle feeding, cap sorting, cap placement, capping, and bottle discharge in one streamlined process. With its rotary structure and accurate positioning system, the machine ensures stable operation without damaging bottles or caps.
Equipped with multiple capping heads and a PLC touch screen control system, it offers easy parameter adjustment, consistent torque accuracy, and high capping qualification rates. Capable of handling caps and reaching speeds up to 3500 bottles per hour, it delivers outstanding performance for food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
Built with stainless steel, the machine features durable components, low noise, and quick changeovers for different bottle sizes. Its automated and customizable design makes it an ideal choice for medium and large-scale production lines, providing reliability, flexibility, and long-term efficiency.

Rotary Bottle Capping Machine Features
1.Magnetic Capping Head for Gentle and Adjustable Torque
The magnetic capping head screws the cap tightly and evenly, ensuring secure sealing without breakage or leakage. Torque is adjustable to match different production requirements, providing flexibility and precision.
2.Cap Safety Mechanism
Inside the magnetic head, a cap ejector system ensures that if no bottle is present, the cap is safely dropped and the head moves to the next position without damage, protecting the machine and improving operational safety.
3.Organized Cap Feeding
The cap disc feeder delivers caps sequentially to the correct positions, allowing the capping head to pick and seal caps efficiently and accurately.
4.Bottle Positioning Device
A dedicated bottle positioning system ensures stable placement, avoiding misalignment issues caused by bottom positioning and improving capping consistency.
5.Adjustable Middle Column
The machine accommodates bottles with heights from 120–320mm without changing parts, enabling quick adjustments for different bottle sizes.
6.Safety Protection for Bottle Feeding
A clutch protection system at the infeed and outfeed wheels automatically stops the machine if bottles jam, triggering an audible alarm to ensure safe production.
7.Compact and Smooth Transmission
All transmission components are housed inside the machine body, providing a compact structure, smooth operation, and low noise for efficient performance.
8.Optional Full Automation
The machine can be equipped with an automatic cap feeder or cap sorting system, achieving fully automatic capping from cap placement to sealing (customized per client requirements).

Rotary Bottle Capping Machine Operation Principles
Containers are delivered to the capper via the infeed conveyor, which is equipped with a container indexing feed screw. This feed screw accurately spaces and positions each container, ensuring it arrives at the capping point within the required timing. At the discharge end of the feed screw, container star wheels smoothly transfers the containers into the capping station.
Caps are supplied in bulk to a hopper, then lifted and oriented by the cap conveyor. Once they reach the top of the conveyor, the caps are released into a cap chute, which guides them to the cap star wheel. Four capping grippers operate in sequence, each picking up a single cap and preparing it for application.
Each gripper then rotates toward the corresponding container and places the cap onto the container neck with a controlled, adjustable torque. After capping, the container is guided away from the gripper by the star wheel system and conveyed onward for subsequent processing stages.
Rotary Bottle Capping Machine Operation Steps
Step 1: Container Infeed
Containers are fed into the machine through the infeed conveyor. A container indexing feed screw controls spacing and timing, ensuring a steady and orderly flow into the capping area.
Step 2: Cap Infeed
Caps are lifted and oriented by the cap conveyor, then guided through a cap chute that delivers them precisely to the cap grippers.
Step 3: Container Capping
Custom-designed cap grippers operate sequentially to apply caps to the containers. Each gripper moves downward while rotating, securely positioning and tightening the cap onto the container.
