Rotary Capper Machine Features
1.Magnetic Capping Head for Gentle and Adjustable Torque
The magnetic capping head screws the cap tightly and evenly, ensuring secure sealing without breakage or leakage. Torque is adjustable to match different production requirements, providing flexibility and precision.
2.Cap Safety Mechanism
Inside the magnetic head, a cap ejector system ensures that if no bottle is present, the cap is safely dropped and the head moves to the next position without damage, protecting the machine and improving operational safety.
3.Organized Cap Feeding
The cap disc feeder delivers caps sequentially to the correct positions, allowing the capping head to pick and seal caps efficiently and accurately.
4.Bottle Positioning Device
A dedicated bottle positioning system ensures stable placement, avoiding misalignment issues caused by bottom positioning and improving capping consistency.
5.Adjustable Middle Column
The machine accommodates bottles with heights from 120–320mm without changing parts, enabling quick adjustments for different bottle sizes.
6.Safety Protection for Bottle Feeding
A clutch protection system at the infeed and outfeed wheels automatically stops the machine if bottles jam, triggering an audible alarm to ensure safe production.
7.Compact and Smooth Transmission

8.Optional Full Automation
