Ultrasonic Dual-Chamber Tube Filling Sealing Machine Working Principle
The principal difference between a dual-chamber tube filling and sealing machine and a standard single-chamber tube filling machine is that it possesses two independent material feeding and dosing systems. Each system can handle Material A and Material B separately with a piston filling unit, peristaltic pump or other suitable metering method, depending on the product characteristics and process requirements of the customer.
Depending on the nature of the tube and the way in which it is filled, the two materials can be filled into the inner and outer chambers , thereby guaranteeing accurate dosing, stable filling performance and reliable separation of the two materials.
