How it all started
Npack (China) LTD
In 2011, NPACK CHINA LTD was established in Hong Kong, China, marking NPACK’s first step toward making Chinese packaging machinery more accessible globally. The company was founded with the goal of enabling more customers to benefit from cost-effective yet high-quality packaging machinery. At the same time, NPACK strives to deliver innovative automated packaging design concepts, cutting-edge services, and products that meet higher standards of reliability and performance.
Shanghai Npack Founded
SHANGHAI NPACK was founded in 2012, marking a stronger integration of Chinese identity into the NPACK brand. Choosing Shanghai as our base was a strategic decision to build trust with our customers. As a startup, earning client confidence and support required significant effort and dedication. Over the past few months, we have achieved remarkable milestones, which reinforce our belief that the path we’ve chosen is not only correct but also widely embraced and appreciated by our clients.
NPACK Factory Established
Initially, our focus was assisting clients in designing automated packaging solutions and selecting high-quality equipment and suitable suppliers. While we excelled in these areas, we recognized that our after-sales service efficiency could not keep pace with our sales growth. After thorough discussions within our team, we decided to establish our own manufacturing facility. By producing equipment in-house, we not only ensure superior quality but also guarantee more timely and responsive after-sales services for our customers.
NPACK INTELLIGENT
After over four years of relentless effort and commitment, our equipment has garnered consistent acclaim from customers, while evolving toward greater intelligence and automation. In early 2019, our team proposed the vision of “equipment intelligence.” That same year, driven by our R&D team’s dedication, our first-generation tracking-type capping machine was born. To further advance this vision, we established NPACK Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. in 2019, marking a new chapter in our journey toward smart manufacturing solutions.
NPACK POLAND
Through years of equipment upgrades and intelligent advancements, we now offer fully automated tracking-type filling machines, tracking-type capping machines, bottle washers, and other smart devices. Our equipment has gained popularity among European and American clients. At the 2025 Warsaw Packaging Expo, our machines received recognition and praise from European peers and customers. To further enhance our service, we have established a branch in Poland, streamlining support for users across the European market.
